Before you invest

A good idea is not always the right first project.

We connect business priorities with the reality of your processes. Together, we identify where repetitive work, exceptions and fragmented data consume capacity.

  • Compare value and implementation effort
  • Expose data and ownership gaps early
  • Define how the pilot will prove its value

AI & Automation Audit

From the first workshop
to a fixed-price pilot.

We start with the process, not the technology. Within weeks you know which activities are worth automating, how much work an agent will take over and what it will cost.

  1. 01

Workshop 1 · Processes and pain points

With the people who do the work, we walk through where manual work repeats, which systems they use and where exceptions arise.

  2. 02

    Process map

We capture how the work really runs, with volumes and effort. You receive a map you can share with your team.

  3. 03

Workshop 2 · Choosing the first process

We compare value, feasibility and risk, and select the “low-hanging fruit” — the process where automation pays back fastest.

  4. 04

Top 3 use cases with ROI

We quantify the best candidates: time before and after, the share handled by an agent and payback.

How we find the first process

Low-hanging fruit: quick to deliver, easy to measure.

  • High volumeIt repeats daily or weekly, not once a year.
  • Clear rulesDecisions can be described; exceptions can be handed to a person.
  • Accessible data and systemsInputs are digital and the systems offer access or an API.
  • Measurable value and an ownerWe know how much time it takes and who approves the change.

What automation brings

Estimate the benefit for one process.

Enter how much manual work the process takes today. You will see how the effort would be split between an agent and your people, and when the investment pays back.

How this estimate works

A planning model, not a quotation. People hours after deployment = manual hours × (100% − agent share); the agent share is a pilot target, validated on real data during the pilot. Monthly saving = hours taken over × hourly cost. AI Operations is assumed at S/M/L by process complexity (CZK 15,000 / 35,000 / 70,000). The pilot investment is a sub-range of the indicative CZK 150,000–350,000 by complexity; the audit fee is credited towards the pilot. Payback = pilot investment ÷ net monthly benefit. Excludes VAT, third-party licences and major process changes.

Changing your automation technology

Already automating, but need to move to a different technology?

A change of licensing, architecture or IT strategy does not mean starting from scratch. We move your existing automation to the new technology in a controlled, step-by-step way, without interrupting operations, and we preserve the process logic, integrations and know-how you have built into it. Alongside our RPA delivery and support, we offer a transition of suitable workflows to Python or JavaScript microservices.

02Process & dependency analysis
03Transfer to the new technology
04Validation & staged switchover

Keep what you have built

We carry the process logic, rules and integrations over to the new technology instead of designing them again, and we verify the result against the behaviour of your current automation.

A smooth transition without disrupting operations

We migrate process by process and verify the new solution before switching over, so operations keep running and the risk stays small.

Clear costs and licensing

API-based services can run on Linux without a Windows runtime licence, and standard code suits modern AI-assisted development tools. The assessment includes hosting, monitoring, maintenance and migration costs.

Whether you use UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or another platform, we first discuss why you want to change technology. Then we choose the least painful path together: continued RPA development, a hybrid architecture or migration. RPA remains a valuable option, especially for applications that require desktop interaction.

Migration budget estimate

Estimate the budget for a transition.

Configure one process to get a model-based effort and budget range. No source-code upload required.

How this estimate works

Planning model, not a quotation or automated code analysis. Base effort = 3 days + 1.5 per system + 0/4/8 for complexity + 0/5/10 for integration readiness. Range: 80–140% of base effort, rounded up, multiplied by your editable daily rate. The initial €550 rate is an illustrative assumption, not a published service tariff. Python and JavaScript use the same model until dependencies are reviewed. Excludes VAT, hosting, third-party licences, ongoing support and major changes to the process. We confirm feasibility, scope and price after analysis.
