Value Scenario

During the night, a branch outage occurs. The system automatically detects the infrastructure unavailability, verifies the existence of a valid incident in ServiceNow, and identifies the relevant users.

Between e.g. 6:00–7:00 local time, it sends an SMS notification advising employees to continue working from home.

Once the incident is resolved, an automatic Restoration SMS is sent to inform users that operations have been restored.

The solution is including integration with:

  • Active Directory (CMDB)

  • Cisco Meraki & Cisco DNAC
