Technical Team Lead

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead with a passion for automation, leadership, and creative solutions.

What is the job about?

You will lead and guide a team of JS-FS and BE developers (DNA dev team). Our major product, Dynamic Network Automation (DNA), is innovative, future-proof software designed to automate network processes.

This role will allow you to drive projects through all development stages, mentor team members, and influence how we deliver cutting-edge features.

Our team operates in an agile way using Scrum, and we value collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and timelines.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end solutions
Oversee the full software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and drive technical improvements.
Mentor and coach developers to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Act as a technical consultant, ensuring efficient automation and process optimization.
Identify areas for innovation and continuous improvement in both processes and technology.

Skills & Required Qualifications

Proven experience in leading development teams.
Strong expertise in JavaScript and frameworks
Experience with Node.js for back-end development.
Solid understanding of database design and production implementation (SQL/NoSQL).
Proficiency in design patterns, unit testing, and writing clean, testable, and efficient code.
Strong front-end skills: CSS, HTML, and frameworks like Bootstrap.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Network engineering
Python, Typescript, MeteorJS, and BlazeJS
Git versioning control
Communicative English
