Description

Our client, a French global company, building an IT hub in Prague, is looking for an IT Business Analyst.

Your responsibilities would be:

  • Translating the global and local requirements to detailed functional and technical requirements (user stories and story points) for an IT internally-build solution
  • Prioritizing functional enhancement requirements in alignment with the IT Business Partner and Business Stakeholders
  • Managing the backlog with measurable KPI
  • Explore solution capabilities to fulfill new business requirements
  • Understand in-depth Solution implementation
  • Describing the detailed functional requirements in understandable user stories, story points/tasks
  • Steering the IT development team delivering the prioritized user stories/story points/tasks
  • Following Agile, DevOps, SCRUM, and LEAN methodologies

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience as a Business/Solution Analyst
  • Experience in IT/Digital products development and /or implementation
  • Experience with managing business stakeholders
  • Experience working in a global context and global team
  • Good knowledge of SW development methodologies using LEAN, Agile, Scrum DevOps, Waterfall
  • English

The start date is the 16th of May and the mission will last until the end of 2021 with a possibility to extend.

  • Position is based in Prague or Lyon.
  • After covid might be traveling up to 50%.
